Alumni Association Of Canara Engineering College

Alumni Association of Canara Engineers got registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act 17, 1960. Alumni Association creates and maintains a life-long connection between the Institute and its alumni. In collaboration with an extremely dedicated volunteer board of directors, the Alumni Association works to connect alumni, support students and build an unforgettable Institute experience through diverse events, programs and services. Anyone who has completed four academic years as a student at Canara Engineering College is eligible for life membership.

Vision

Alumni Association of Canara Engineer’s vision is to develop a dedicated and dynamic global alumni community whose members are committed to each other and to develop connections among alumni and students to strengthen their commitment to college.

Objective

• To play a proactive and supporting role for the college, its students and the institution at large.
• To serve as a link between the Institution's faculty, students, Management and the industries.
• To bring about an effective, cohesive and mutually beneficial networking between the members of the alumni.

• Database Strengthening: Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive alumni database with details on higher studies, career progress, and contact information.
• Networking & Engagement: Build strong alumni networks through official WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email groups to enhance communication and collaboration.
• Alumni Interaction Events: Organize expert talks, mentoring sessions, and career guidance programs by distinguished alumni for the benefit of current students.
• Alumni Contributions: Facilitate alumni participation in guest lectures, internships, placements, and collaborative projects to support institutional growth.
• Annual Alumni Meet: Conduct annual or regional alumni meets to celebrate alumni achievements and reinforce the bond between alumni and the institution.
• Showcasing Achievements: Highlight alumni success stories and initiatives through the college website, newsletters, and social media platforms.
